After Judy went downstairs to go to bed, I was sitting at my computer, finishing some stuff up when my phone rings. I look at it and it's Judy.

Me: Hello?

Judy: How do you turn on the fan?

Me: What?

Judy: I can't turn on the fan.

Me: Be down in a minute.

So I go downstairs and Judy's laying on the futon. I walk over, turn the knob, and, voila!, the fan turns on. I look up at her and give her a look.

Judy giggles. "I didn't want to get up" was her explanation.

As I walked back up to my room, I thought 'She called me on my cell phone to get me to turn on the fan. Oh boy...'

She couldn't get up to turn on the fan, so why did I expect her to go to my room? at 8:36 a.m.
